24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MASSAGE THERAPY  I strive to treat each of my patients in an efficient and timely manner. With this as my focus, I provide a friendly reminder regarding cancelled and missed appointments. A fee to the value of the appointment booked will be applied to your account for any missed appointments or cancellations received without a 24 hour notice.

Once an appointment is booked and payment is made, I am unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.

I understand that life happens! Appointments can be moved to an alternative date with advance notice. To reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours before your original appointment time.

Failure to give adequate notice may result in the loss of your booking.
